Payment Options
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and PayPal. You
can also prepay by check, however, please allow an addition 5-7 days for your check to be verified. We do not
accept orders by C.O.D.. Please note that we do not give out any of your
information to third parties. Please refer to our Privacy
Policy.
Do you accept checks?
Yes, we do accept prepayment by check. If you prefer to pay by
check, it is best to send a cashiers check or money order. This will help expedite your order. If you decide to send a
personal check, your order will be delayed an additional 5-7 days until the check is cleared
by our bank.
Why do you not accept C.O.D.?
When we send a package C.O.D. there are many steps that are required
to insure the customer gets their package and we get our money. If
one of these steps is overlooked, the customer generally will receive
the package but it arrives as a non-C.O.D. shipment. If this
happens, we have to spend extra time and the customer has to put forth
extra effort to make sure we get the payment. Unfortunately, this
problem occurred to often leaving us with orders that we shipped but
never received payment. This only raises the cost for the rest of
our customers and we are dedicated to keep our prices as low as
possible. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.
Do you charge sales tax?
We are required to collect sales tax on orders that are placed by
Tennessee residents only. Currently this tax amount is 9.25%.
