MEMORY FOAM MATTRESS

We offer several memory foam mattresses. Some of our memory foam mattresses use 4.0 lb. memory foam and some use 5.0 lb. memory foam. All of our mattresses use a high quality polyurethane base with memory foam layers to produce unmatched comfort. If you are looking for a better nights sleep, one of our memory foam mattresses is exactly what you need.

MEMORY FOAM OVERLAYS

Our Body Form Overlays are absolutely the best memory foam bed toppers on the market today. We manufacture our memory foam toppers to the highest standards using a 4.0 lb. density memory foam that responds to your body temperature and pressure. Our memory foam overlays form to your body giving equal support to help eliminate localized pressure points. Memory foam is the only material that can effectively eliminate pressure points. So if you are looking to make your current mattress sleep better without buying a new one, our memory foam overlay is your solution.

FOAM MATTRESSES

Our foam mattresses come in three different grades. We have an A Grade foam mattress, B Grade foam mattress, and a C Grade foam mattress. All come in 4 "-10" thickness without covers. You can pick the type of cover separately in our mattress cover section.

FOAM BED TOPPERS

Our foam bed toppers come in three different grades. We have an A Grade foam bed topper, B Grade foam bed topper, and a C Grade foam bed topper. All come in 1"-3" thickness without covers. You can pick the type of cover separately in our cover section.

EGG CRATE BED TOPPERS

Our super thick egg crate foam adds comfort to any bed. This egg crate foam is not available in stores, it is much thicker and made from a higher quality of foam than what is sold in stores. Our egg crate foam is the result of years of working with different thickness and types of foam. We have achieved an extremely high level of customer satisfaction with our super thick egg crate mattress pad. These egg crate foam mattress pads are available in standard mattress sizes.

RV MATTRESSES

If you are needing to replace your RV Mattress or just want a more comfortable mattress, you have come to the right place. We have orthopedic memory foam mattresses, standard foam mattresses and we can custom make RV Mattresses to your specifications. We have several grades of foam and covers to meet your requirements. Our orthopedic RV mattresses are our Body Form and Tri-Lux memory foam mattress that are made to fit the standard size of an RV which is 60" wide and 75" long. We also make custom RV mattresses were you can pick the foam and the cover and get it made to your required dimensions. BOAT MATTRESSES

If you are needing to replace your Boat Mattress, you have come to the right place. We custom make Boat Mattresses to your specifications. We have several grades of foam and covers to meet your requirements. Due to the nature of boat mattresses, sizes and shapes vary drastically. You can either email (knoxfoam@knoxfoam.com) or fax ( 865-329-3053 ) us a drawing for a price quote. However, we ask for you to mail us an actual template before we make the mattress.

PET BEDS

Our pet beds are ideal for giving your pet a comfortable place to sleep or just simply take it easy. Our pet beds are stuffed with 100% shredded polyurethane foam with a removable outside cover for washing. Cover consist of a poly/cotton fabric. If you need a larger pet bed or different covering, we can custom make one in our custom pillow section.
